Qualified sales conversations for B2B technology companies.

I build and run the outbound system — targeting, sequencing, deliverability, and reply handling — so your team talks to buyers instead of building lists. Nothing important sends without your approval.

Human approval on every important send. You stay in control.

Ten years in B2B marketing leadership. VP of Marketing at Coulisse B.V. · Marketing lead at TelcoBrain Technologies · Marketing manager at MOVE.

Your outbound reads like it was written for someone else's buyer.

Most B2B outbound fails for reasons that have nothing to do with effort.

  • The list is wrong — bought, stale, or scraped without verification
  • The copy is written for a marketing buyer when the actual buyer is an engineer
  • The emails never reach the inbox because the sending infrastructure was never set up properly
  • Replies arrive and sit for three days because nobody owns the inbox

Each of these is fixable. Most agencies fix one and ignore the other three.

One operator, running the whole chain.

Targeting

I define the ICP with you and build the list from public sources. Every address is verified before it enters a campaign, and bounce rate stays under 1%. Nothing bought, nothing borrowed.

Copy

Written for your actual buyer. I've written for network engineers and for building specifiers — the register is completely different, and getting it wrong is why most outbound gets deleted in two seconds.

Deliverability

Separate sending domains with correct authentication and conservative per-inbox volume. Your primary domain is never used for cold outreach, so your existing email reputation is never at risk.

Replies

Every reply is triaged and routed to you the same day. Nothing important sends without your approval — that is a control, not a disclaimer.

Content and AI-visibility work can be added at $1,000/month once outbound is running. I don't sell it before then, because it doesn't work until the pipeline does.

Questions

Where are you based?

Kosovo. I've spent the last five years running marketing for US and Dutch companies remotely, including a VP role. For email-led outbound, location affects nothing that matters — list quality, copy, and deliverability are the variables. I keep hours that overlap the US morning.

How is this different from an AI SDR tool?

Those tools send on your behalf automatically. I don't. A person writes the copy, and every important send passes your approval first. Automated tools are the reason your prospects' inboxes are already full of obviously machine-written email — adding more of it doesn't help you.

What if I already have a list?

Good. I'll verify it and tell you honestly what's usable. Most bought lists come back 15–30% invalid, which is more than enough to damage your sending reputation before you've sent anything worth reading.

Do you guarantee meetings?

No, and I'd be sceptical of anyone who does. Meeting volume depends on your offer and your market, neither of which I control. I guarantee the process — infrastructure built, list verified, sequences live, replies handled — or you get your money back.

Who do you work with?

B2B technology companies roughly between $1M and $20M ARR selling to technical buyers — network, telecom, devops, security, industrial, data infrastructure. If you're outside that, I'll tell you rather than take the work.

What do I need to do?

Approve the ICP, approve the copy, and take the calls. Expect about an hour a week from you after setup.
